BLACKZONE: Squad Extraction

Build a squad. Risk your gear. Extract.

BLACKZONE is a free, in-development browser extraction game about squad preparation, scavenging and getting home alive.

Equip up to six operators, search a hostile city and decide what is worth carrying out. Lost operators and equipment make every raid matter.

Play solo practice here, or open the full game for online play. Online sessions are available while the community-hosted server is running; this is not a 24/7 service.

Before your first raid

Open Inventory & Squad to prepare your team, then select Play. On PC: WASD to move, mouse for manual fire, E to interact, R to reload, Q to heal and G for grenades. Squad members also engage enemies automatically.

The embedded version is solo practice only. Practice saves stay in this browser and do not transfer to online accounts. Use the full game link for hosted online play.

A playable work in progress

Expect rough edges, balance changes and ongoing improvements to translations and mobile controls. This is an early development build, not a finished release. Development uses generative AI assistance for code, writing and procedural audiovisual content.
